Inter School BMX - September 2019
The Inter school BMX Challenge an annual event for primary and intermediate schools in the Hutt Valley. It will be held on Tuesday 17th September at 9.30am, venue being the Upper Hutt track in McLeod Park, McLeod Street, Upper Hutt.
There is no post-ponement day, cancellation will be advised on the School Facebook page and via email.
This is a popular event and is open to all age groups. Children don’t need to have BMX experience, but naturally, they should be confident enough to ride a bike independently.
Can you please advise below if you are able to support with transporting bikes and students to and from the event. If you have a van or trailer, that would be helpful.
In the past, students participating will get a free T-shirt for the event. This is yet to be confirmed, please indicate below your child's shirt size for if these will be available.
There is a $2 entry fee per rider that needs to be enclosed with the permission slip below. All entries need to be in by Wednesday 28th August. Please see below for specific details about the event and what is required.

Junior Tough Guy and Gal Challenge 2019
Tough Guy and Gal challenge is in Week 4 of Term 2 so it is time to start getting ready now! Students that want to attend with the school need to register themselves online AND then complete the form below.
Tickets sell out fast so you need to be in quick!

When registering please make sure you:
-select ‘Teacher’ for bib collection
-write the School name in FULL (Upper Hutt School)
This way we will all be able to be linked you all together and have everything waiting for us on the day of the event.

NB: we will be sending one teacher to support the group but will need extra parent help with transportation and supervision on the day.
