It is a real honour to be the principal at Upper Hutt School. I get up everyday and think how lucky I am to be doing a job I love! I am married to Tony and we have two children: Emma who is currently at Vic Uni and our son Caleb, who is at Otago Uni. At home we have Ollie (our spoilt dog) and Monty our cat who rules the house! I was born in Napier but have lived in Upper Hutt for 12 years now and just love the Upper Hutt Community.

I am passionate about young people and empowering them to discover and believe in their unique potential and to love themselves! I believe we have a very special school here. I get the pleasure of working with a dedicated, talented and passionate staff. I invite you to come and visit us anytime.
