Kia ora koutou,

I’m Jan Ashworth, the learning support coordinator at Upper Hutt School. I’ve been in the role since Upper Hutt School since Term 4 2020. I’ve been loving getting to know the wonderful tamariki at Upper Hutt and, together with teachers, coming up with new ways of supporting their learning.

I was born in Wales and came to New Zealand with my family as a four year old. I now live in Lower Hutt with my husband, Rich and cat Dijon. I have two grown up children, Morgan and Aoife. Outside of school, I love reading, arts, making things, gardening and travelling.
