School Start Time

It helps children to settle and connect with their friends and teacher if they arrive at least 10 minutes before the 9am start time. 

We encourage children to come to school after 8.30am as their teachers will usually be fully occupied preparing for the day.

Classes should all be unlocked and accessible from 8.30am.

9am - School Starts

10:00am - Fresh Break (10 minutes)

11:00am - Active Play Break

11:20am - Morning Tea - Focused Eating (10 minutes)

11:30am - School Resumes

1:00 pm - Active Play Break

1:30pm - Supervised Lunch Eating (15 minutes)

1:45pm - School Resumes

3pm - School Finishes

Three teachers are on duty in the playground during morning and lunch intervals. There are also Peer Mediators (Senior children) who support children during morning and lunch intervals too.
