iLEARN is a model we use at our kura to guide us for learning that is rich and authentic. It is an acronym that captures the different ‘stages and phases’ of learning, and is a model that underpins how we think, learn and teach at Upper Hutt School.  iLEARN is based on research into how we ensure children develop into confident and deep thinkers who become innovative creators and problem solvers.
